*CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

Rangiroa Excursion SARL may cancel an outing if the weather conditions are unfavourable or if there are not enough participants. The customer will then be offered other dates or a refund if the outing cannot be postponed.

 

The customer will be refunded if he cancels 24 hours before the scheduled outing. For payments by online credit card or bank transfer, a 10% refund fee will apply due to bank transaction fees.

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

 

In case of no show after having previously reserved, the customer will have to pay the service in full.

 

CANCELLATION IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

 

For all reasons of force majeure, reservations canceled by the customer will be refunded. The cases of force majeure considered are: serious accident, covid-19, attack, cycline, storm, flight cancellation by airline.
