DESCRIPTION
Discover the BLUE LAGOON of Rangiroa. This small lagoon inside the Rangiroa atoll is an UNMISSABLE visit in French Polynesia. The shades of blue and the WHITE SAND beaches make it a site of exceptional beauty. During the day and during our GUIDED ECO-TOUR INSIDE the blue lagoon, you will be able to meet and observe still WILDLIFE fauna and flora with rare species and breeding grounds.
For lunch, a TRADITIONAL MEAL is prepared on site on the barbecue. Several ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS (snorkeling, weaving, music, etc.) complete the visit to discover Rangiroa and Paumotu CULTURE. Depending on the time of the current, SNORKELING in the Avatoru pass is supervised by a guide. Finally discover the GREEN LAGOON with its EMERALD WATER !
A boat trip of approximately 1 hour is necessary to reach the blue lagoon.

9:00 am : departure by boat to the blue lagoon

10:00 am : arrival at the blue lagoon and SNORKELING in SHARKS BAY (supervised observations)

10:30 am : discovery of our MAIN ISLAND INSIDE the blue lagoon

10:45 am : SNACK and SWIMMING IN SUFFICIENT DEEP WATER

11:15 am to 12:00 pm : GUIDED ECO-VISIT INSIDE the blue lagoon – sharkS nursery, seabirds (terns, noddy, etc.) and protected endemics (nonette lori), stingrays, corals, shells, flora (miki miki, tohonu ), WHITE SAND SPITS, discovery of our PRIVATE ISLAND

12:00 pm. to 12:30 pm : WEAVING workshop on our PRIVATE ISLAND

12:45 pm. to 1:30 pm : APERITIF and Tuamotu LUNCH (coconut bread, rice salad, raw fish, grilled fish and barbecued chicken – water, fruit juice, sodas, beer, etc.)

1:30 pm to 2:15 pm : free time, relaxing, swimming

2:15 pm : departure of the “motu”

3:15 pm : arrival at Avatoru Pass and SUPERVISED SNORKELING IN THE PASS if the current is favorable

3:45 pm to 4:15 pm : visit to the GREEN LAGOON, coffee and cakes

4:30 pm : arrival at the marina, then transfer to accommodation
